PM Kisan 19th Installment 2025: The Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) is a Central Sector Scheme designed to provide financial support to all eligible farmer families with cultivable land across India, subject to specific exclusion criteria. This PM Kisan scheme allocates an annual sum of ₹6,000, distributed in three equal installments of ₹2,000, directly into the Aadhaar-linked bank accounts of farmers.
A farmer-centric digital framework has been established to ensure that the benefits of the scheme are accessible to all farmers nationwide, eliminating the need for intermediaries and ensuring complete transparency in the registration and verification of beneficiaries. The Government of India has disbursed over ₹2.60 lakh crores to more than 11 crore farmers.
Detailed information regarding the beneficiaries who have received assistance under the PM-KISAN scheme, categorized by state and year since its inception, is provided in Annexure II. The PM-KISAN Scheme was inaugurated in February 2019, with the state of West Bengal participating from the eighth installment (April-July 2021), as the state initially requested that the funds be transferred to the state government for subsequent distribution to farmers.
