Step 1: In accordance with the format specified on the official website, vendors who are interested in carrying out projects via the National Portal can register with their respective DISCOM by submitting an application and a declaration. They also need to deposit a Rs. 250,000 Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG) that is good for at least five years.
